Here’s a copy of the lawsuit Tony Moore is dropping against Robert Kirkman over The Walking Dead. Knowing nothing about the evidence and reading only the first seven pages, or so…it seems like Tony is in the right.
It’s too bad - met both of these guys and worked with Tony twice. You hate to see shit come to this but, in the words of Little John from Robin Hood: Men In Tights, “A toll is a toll and a roll is a roll; and if we don’t get no tolls, we don’t eat no rolls.” Past couple of days have been filled with Avengers protests over Kirby getting screwed forever by everyone, Marvel (recently sold to Disney for $4-bil with a B) patting itself on the back for pulling $17k out of the creator of Ghost Rider’s pocket (for damage to the property which, honestly…Mark Steven Johnson should pay a mil AT LEAST), and now this?
