The complaint of the Heritage foundation that the Obama administration is downgrading the focus of the military is explained by what appears to be a cut in spending. without even examining how foolish that argument is, I want to point out that their complaint is “we know what so and so considers important because of how much money you are giving them” and THIS is a massive fail that is the fail of all fails for our government.
you want to see waste. find a agency in a department that does a thing that you want to “focus” on for some crap campaign slogan and raise their budget 10% without a plan or even a request from the agency to do so.
Where is the hole in national defense? Do we need more carrier battlegroups? another army division, another air wing? Subs, ballistic missiles? what?
Heritage: advocating spending for spending’s sake.
