Yeah, I’m still job hunting. I have an interview Monday with a small firm, which would be perfect. I also dropped a resume at a larger firm, and a large medical association, for a coordinator position I’d also like. No clients, all government affairs, PAC and lobbying strategy. And planning their convention every year, which would be interesting. I have to drop some more resumes though. I keep distracting myself with my condo, which I’m selling, and other bullshit.
“Game of Thrones” is all done, and “Man Men” will be done soon too. I think I’ve got “True Blood” coming on again. and “Veep” is great. Right now I’m watching the end of “Lonesome Dove” which I thought was pretty great as a kid but is now just meh and sappy and stiff. Today I’ve watched three “Law & Orders.”
Some of these shows look awful. “1 Girl 5 Gays?” I watched one of those once. once. When did Mtv get all these channels? Also, “Criminal Intent” is the worst “Law & Order,” are we in consensus about this? even BBC has a show called Kitchen Nightmares. I’d watch Bathroom Nightmares. “Escape from New York” is on next.
