BREAKING: Judge rules entire health care reform law is unconstitutional

afghanibanani:

shortformblog:

From the story: “Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void. This has been a difficult decision to reach, and I am aware that it will have indeterminable implications.”

This isn’t really news, as we all know and have known the damn thing is unconstitutional since this whole ordeal started… but it is interesting to see it reinforced time and again.
