They took our whole system offline.
Like, I get its a complicated thing, worldwide email systems- but is 2 PM the best time to work on it for everyone involved?

That’s just it. I don’t think this was planned. It’s been a fucking nightmare. If you knew how much Evil Corp pays a year for this service (assuming your contract looks like ours) you’d be as absolutely enraged as I am right now. This is my job.
